简历
2014年获得美国奥本大学水生生物基因组学博士学位。2014年至2021年在美国贝勒医学院从事表观遗传学相关研究工作。2021年至今,在中国科学院青岛生物能源与过程研究所工作,担任单细胞中心生物信息组组长。长期致力于基因组学及表观遗传学领域研究。运用高通量测序技术、单细胞技术和生物信息技术研究关键生物过程所涉及的分子通路及其调控机制。在包括Nature, Nature Aging, Nature Communications, Science Advances等国际权威学术杂志发表论文二十余篇,总引用过千次。担任Frontiers in GeneticsMarine BiotechnologyScientific report等多个学术杂志审稿人。
